Out-of-home campaign for Liverpool FC x Vista
As part of Vista’s official partnership with Liverpool FC, we were tasked with creating an out-of-home campaign to feature on digital screens throughout Liverpool city centre. The campaign would coincide with the final weeks of Liverpool’s historic 2021-22 season where they were on course for 4 major trophies (ultimately winning 2).
The challenge
We wanted to celebrate Liverpool FC's achievements, while also promoting Vista’s role as an official partner and supporter of small businesses in a way that felt genuine.
The idea
I was part of the creative team who developed the concept of supporting Liverpool FC through the words of local small business owners. On match day, the city's small business thrive - their success is entwined with the team's (hence the sub-line "Partners of Liverpool FC and the small businesses who live for The Reds."). We wanted to capture that community feel.
The result
The creatives, which featured throughout the city, felt authentic, hit the right emotional chord, and showcased Vista’s role in a subtler way. The featured business owners were proud to promote their involvement on social media.
